NOPD Adopting a "Milwaukee Model" to Reduce Homicides (click to read)

I love my home town Milwaukee. But, I love NOLA for all the reasons it’s not Milwaukee. After growing up with the MPD, I’m not sure that they should be the model for any police department in any shape or form. Interesting article nonetheless, give it a read if you care.
